Sourced directly from Kvarøy Arctic, the first finfish farm to carry the Fair Trade USA seal, and BAP, ASC and Global G.A.P. certification.
Smoked in small batches over a mix of beech, maple, and birch wood, hand-packed, and canned by fifth-generation family-run cannery on the central coast of Washington.
Raised by third-generation family farmers in the icy Arctic circle with deep ocean currents that keep the water fresh.
Ingredients: Atlantic salmon (fish), dark brown sugar, salt, garlic salt.
Net Weight: 3.5 oz/tin
Our cans are BPA-NI.
Hand-cut, sweet cured, and slowly smoked over natural wood, then hand-packed and infused in-house with crushed chilis and garlic for a savory, rich flavor with a bite of heat.
Wild-caught by family-owned boats in the Northeast Atlantic during the winter months when mackerel quality is at its peak.
Expertly raised in an ASC-certified sustainable farm in Denmark’s countryside.
Slow-smoked in small batches over beechwood and hand-packed in olive oil at a micro-cannery outside of Copenhagen

Smokey Deliciousness
In a word, YUM.
More words: I LOVE smoked food and drink, so this Smokey Trip makes me VERY happy! I find everything at FishWife to be perfectly seasoned (ie: not salty, nor added water or oil), and these smoked babies are no exception.
For easy summer meal, I stir a tin in as I finish a stir frying some fresh veg. Just plate up over a bit of rice, and viola! Easy, healthy, perfectly seasoned dinner!
Also, all these smoky darlings are wonderful as a bagel schmear - just mix a tin with your fave cream cheese, and make your bagel happy!
