Fishwife California White Sturgeon Caviar

We partnered with family-owned, ECO-CERT certified caviar farm and company, Tsar Nicoulai, to create our very first caviar product!!! Our 100% traceable caviar is harvested from California White Sturgeon and has a buttery, creamy flavor with some nuttiness and a hint of Parmesan, perfect for pairing with potato chips, creme fraiche, and chopped chives. 

Each order of caviar comes with a custom designed box by Danny "Danbo" Miller as well as a fish-engraved mother of pearl spoon!

For orders including only caviar, gift notes are not available. 

Caviar is unable to ship to PO Boxes.

    Excellent Caviar and trustworthy delivery

    This caviar arrived in robust insulated packaging, thoughtfully chilled by multiple gel ice packs - including one tucked inside the caviar box for maximum freshness.
