Our salmon, trout, mackerel, sardines, and tuna do not - room temperature works great. In the unlikely circumstance you don’t finish the whole tin, we recommend storing it covered in the refrigerator and consuming within 3 days.
Our anchovies are semi-preserved. While they have a shelf life of one year at room temperature, we highly encourage you to refrigerate your anchovies to preserve their peak quality.
