Our sauce is made with gluten-free soy sauce, fresh ginger, olive oil, fragrant leek, and fresh garlic, with a hint of sesame oil for a deeply savory, aromatic finish.
It really tastes of ginger & a little soy and is great in a green salad with sesame vinaigrette.

Sooooo good!
This is a delicious full-flavor fish delight without being so rich or salty that you can’t eat it. I had my first can straight on a few flatbread crackers, but I’m saving the other two cans for something more creative. Three of my friends are now also enjoying your fish. Thank you!!!!
