If you’re familiar with our original Smoked Salmon, now called Gold Label Smoked Salmon, this version has a slightly lighter smoke, less sweetness, and is packed in Spanish olive oil. Two amazing options and flavors!
Slow-smoked in small batches over beechwood at a smokehouse in the German countryside.
Hand-packed at a Danish microcannery a couple hours outside of Copenhagen.
Raised in cold, clean Nordic waters, resulting in a lighter pink, tender, flaky fillet with a soft, buttery texture and gentle caramelization.
Packed in Spanish olive oil.
