Smoked Salmon

Product Details

  • Slow-smoked in small batches over beechwood at a smokehouse in the German countryside.
  • Hand-packed at a Danish microcannery a couple hours outside of Copenhagen.
  • Raised in cold, clean Nordic waters, resulting in a lighter pink, tender, flaky fillet with a soft, buttery texture and gentle caramelization.
  • Packed in Spanish olive oil.
