If you’re familiar with our original Smoked Salmon, now called Gold Label Smoked Salmon, this version has a slightly lighter smoke, less sweetness, and is packed in Spanish olive oil. Two amazing options and flavors!

Smoked Salmon

Product Details

  • Slow-smoked in small batches over beechwood at a smokehouse in the German countryside.
  • Hand-packed at a Danish microcannery a couple hours outside of Copenhagen.
  • Raised in cold, clean Nordic waters, resulting in a lighter pink, tender, flaky fillet with a soft, buttery texture and gentle caramelization.
  • Packed in Spanish olive oil.

    Fantabulous

    Kinda straining to see much difference with the other smoked Salmon, but the good news is both are AMAZING.

    This appears to be a different cut, more like a filet, and perhaps a little less smoky (maybe?).

    Either option, Fishwife makes the best canned smoked salmon on the market.
