Fishwife Smoked Mackerel with Chili Flakes
- • 2 heaping tbsp of greek yogurt
- • 1 garlic clove
- • Juice of half a lemon
- • 1 tbsp dill
- • Sprinkle of zaatar
- • Drizzle of olive oil
- • Sea salt and pepper
- • Sourdough
- • Fishwife smoked mackerel with chili flakes
- • Diced pepper
- • Pickled rainbow radishes
- • Light green jalapeño (a little less spicy)
- • Sliced persian cucumbers
- • Dill
- • Olive oil
- • Cherry tomatoes
- • Lemon juice
- • Sea salt
- • Pepper
- Combine all the tzatziki ingredients in a bowl. Season to taste.
- Combine the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and season with olive oil and some lemon juice.
- Coat bread in olive oil and cook in a skillet for 2-3 min per side.
- Spread tzatziki on toast and top with the mediterranean mix. Enjoy!
