2 oz gin

½ oz vermouth

½ oz olive brine

For garnish:

Fishwife Cantabrian Anchovies

Olives

Equipment

Mixing glass

Strainer

Toothpick

Martini glass

Instructions

1. Combine gin, vermouth, and olive brine in a mixing glass. Stir vigorously until chilled.
2. Strain the drink into a martini glass.
3. Drizzle a few drops of olive oil from Fishwife Cantabrian Anchovies on top.
4. Skewer olives and Fishwife Cantabrian Anchovies and add as garnish.
