Sourced from the first and only ASC-certified trout farm in America. Raised in pure Idaho spring water, always without the use of preventative antibiotics, growth hormones, or genetic engineering.
Smoked in small batches over natural hardwood, hand-packed, and canned by a First Nation's-owned cannery on the coast of British Colombia.
Ingredients: Rainbow Trout (Fish), extra virgin olive oil, golden yellow sugar, sea salt, garlic powder, hardwood smoke.
Net Weight: 2.8 oz/tin.
Our cans are BPA-NI.
Hand-cut, sweet cured, and slowly smoked over natural wood, then hand-packed and infused in-house with crushed chilis and garlic for a savory, rich flavor with a bite of heat.
