The most delicious and decadent appetizer you could ever serve – caviar and herb butter brioche fish toasts!!

Ingredients
- • Brioche bread
- • 8oz block of butter
- • Freshly chopped herbs (dill + chives)
- • 1 oz jar of Fishwife Caviar
Directions
- Let the butter come to room temp then mix with herbs until evenly combined.
- Spread butter in an even layer on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Let chill in fridge for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cut your brioche loaf into 1/2 inch thick slices. Take a fish shaped-cookie cutter (or shape of choice!) and cut into slices.
- Take 1 tbsp of butter or oil in a pan and brown cut brioche slices on both sides. About 2-3 minutes on each side, on low.
- Remove the chilled butter from fridge and use the same cookie cutter to shape the butter.
- Assemble: brioche, butter, and a dollop of caviar!
