Ingredients: Atlantic Salmon (Fish), Fly By Jing Chili Crisp (Non-GMO Sichuan Rapeseed Oil, Non-GMO Soybean Oil, Dried Chili Pepper, Preserved Black Bean, Garlic, Sesame Oil, Salt, Shallots, Ginger, Mushroom Powder, Sichuan Pepper, Seaweed Powder, Spices), Dark Brown Sugar, Salt, Garlic Salt

Starter Pack is Frankly Awesome
Is it possible to give more than 5 stars?! Mind blown. We have been a pedestrian tinned fish family forever. . . yup, King Oscar and sustainable tuna were always pantry staples. Then we traveled to Portugal. . . enough said. We bemoaned the lack of anything even close to the their offerings when we returned to the US.
Then we stumbled upon Fishwife. . . completely amazing. Run do not walk to the Starter Pack. If you are new to the world of tinned seafood it will offer a panoply of delights to sample. If you are already set in your tinned seafood ways, it will have all of your favorites (but better) and perhaps introduce a few new favorites. We discovered a passion for their Smoked Rainbow Trout!
For us, the Starter Pack was the diving board into the amazing and delicious world of Fishwife. Love the product and deeply respect the company. Did I mention run do not walk?

Thank you for the Fishwife Starter Pack. I ate it up already! Delicious & Quality tinned fish. You can't buy this in the grocery store. It provided me with a few gourmet lunches and dinners and even a couple breakfast meals. The tin is beautiful and practical. The individual boxes for each tin are so artistically done and colorful that I can't throw them away. People in the work lunch room ask me; What are you eating?
