Little Sardines Bagel


(per half bagel)

2 tbsp cream cheese

1 tbsp (trout) roe (or as much as the heart desires)

2-3 Fishwife Little Sardines

Diced red onion

Drizzle of olive oil

Fresh dill



Cut the bagel in half, toast and top with cream cheese, trout roe, Little Sardines, diced red onion, drizzle of olive oil, and fresh dill – enjoy!
