Fishwife California White Sturgeon Caviar

We partnered with family-owned, ECO-CERT certified caviar farm and company, Tsar Nicoulai, to create our very first caviar product!!! Our 100% traceable caviar is harvested from California White Sturgeon and has a buttery, creamy flavor with some nuttiness and a hint of Parmesan, perfect for pairing with potato chips, creme fraiche, and chopped chives. 

Each order of caviar comes with a custom designed box by Danny "Danbo" Miller as well as a fish-engraved mother of pearl spoon!

    Excellent Caviar and trustworthy delivery

    This caviar arrived in robust insulated packaging, thoughtfully chilled by multiple gel ice packs - including one tucked inside the caviar box for maximum freshness. The flavor was exceptionally fresh and texture was delicately pleasant. Highly recommend this as a premium choice for those new to caviar! Thank you Fishwife!

    Treat Yo' Self

    Given a gift card fo Fishwife from a family member and already being a big fan having tried the sampler pack i decided to splurge and get the fancy schmancy caviar since life's too short to not take the oppurtunity to try the finer things in life at least once right? Ordering process is extremely easy with selecting a date to ensure freshness and that it is consumed in the right window. All info about proper storage is well laid out.

    As for the caviar itself - rich and buttery yet subtle in its briny flavor. I could go for a little stronger ocean flavor but I could always add more of it ;) Did the suggested classic pairing on a kettle chip with creme fraiche and chives...and afterwards on a mozzarella stick! Oh and also straight with chamgpage has been just subtly decadant as well. YUM.
