    Absolutely scrumptious!

    I love love love these. No better product out there. I gave a dear friend of mine a tin and when she ultimately used it and sampled one of the fishies before hand, she said, "I thought you were overstating the quality! You were right.. yummy!" On hard boiled eggs, part of a pasta topping of spinach and garlic, etc... Cantabrian Anchovies by Fishwife must be a staple in all our cupboards. Thank you, Fishwife!

    Oh wow!

    These are pricey but absolutely the very best anchovies you could want! They melt easily and become infused and flavorful when I make my sauce. They are of course delicious on pizza. I just made an anchovy paste today and spread some on bread. Delicious!

    Excellent anchovies

    These are by far the best cured anchovies that money can buy. Yes, they are 4x the price of other anchovies, but they’re also 4x as good. I make anchovy pasta with these and the flavor is perfect. I also just recently tried making anchovy grilled cheese with pesto and tomatoes (I actually combined two fishwife recipes) and I do believe it was the best thing I’ve ever eaten.
