As someone who used to be scared of tinned fish, I bought this on a whim after watching a tinned fish reviewer try some if fishwifes fish. I loved it! Not too fishy and the lemon was perfectly sour and complimented the fish well. I’m looking forward to trying the tuna in spicy olive oil tha I picked up as well!

Delicious tuna is sometimes a challenge to find. You need to go through numerous taste tests. After such tastings, I found two. One of them is the Fishwife’s Albacore Tuna with Spanish Lemons. It’s delicious with green salad and simple dressing, tasty with sandwiches, sometimes with rice (like sushi!)
