These Smoked Salmon & Lemon Crème Fraîche Potato Chips are an elegant yet simple snack, featuring zesty crème fraîche, flaky smoked salmon, and garnished with fresh chives. Perfect for entertaining or an elevated treat!
Fishwife Smoked Salmon
- • 1/4 cup creme fraiche or sour cream
- • 1 lemon, zested
- • Kosher salt, to taste
- • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- • 24 kettle cooked or ridged potato chips
- • 1 tin Fishwife Smoked Salmon, flaked into 1/2-inch pieces
- • Fresh chives, thinly sliced, for garnish
- • Extra virgin olive oil, for garnish
- In a small bowl, mix creme fraiche and lemon zest. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Arrange potato chips on a serving platter. Top each chip with about 1 teaspoon creme fraiche mixture.
- Top each with a piece of salmon. Garnish with fresh chives, black pepper, and olive oil, and serve immediately.
