Smoked Rainbow Trout with Red Chimichurri (3-Pack)
Ingredients
- • 2 slices of bread
- • 1 tin of Smoked Rainbow Trout with Red Chimichurri
- • 3 tbsp mayo
- • 1 thick tomato slice
- • 1 thick iceberg lettuce chunk
- • 1 pinch of flaky salt
Directions
- Slice 1 ripe tomato (preferable heirloom) into thick rounds.
- Rinse and dry a head of lettuce, cutting into thick rounds (like the tomato!)
- Open a tin of smoked rainbow trout; drain the red chimichurri sauce into 3 tbsp of mayo, mix together.
- Build your sandwich: smear the chimichurri mayo on both slices of bread and top with tomato slice (seasoned with flaky salt), lettuce slice, and both smoked rainbow trout filets.
- Close your sandwich, cut down the middle, and enjoy!
