Ingredients
- • 1 tin of Mussels with Sweet Pepper and Garlic
- • 1 tin of Bonialla a la Vista chips
- • Chive aioli: 1/2 cup mayo, 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh chives, 1 lemon, zested and juiced, salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Mix together the ingredients for the chive aioli.
- Place a dollop of aioli on each potato chip, top with a mussel, and fresh chives!
