Rainbow-Tie Jerky Gems Pasta

Ingredients:

- 1 tin of Rainbow Trout Jerky Gems

- Roasted mushrooms

- Cilantro

- Good olive oil

- Bow-tie pasta

Recipe:

(1) Make pasta

(2) Mix in Rainbow Trout Jerky Gems, mushrooms, cilantro

(3) Dress with the leftover liquid gold brine in the tin + a squeeze of fresh lemon, and an extra drizzle of good olive oil

(4) Season with sea salt + cracked black pepper

(5) Enjoy!!
