Ingredients
- • 1 tin Fishwife Tuna in Olive Oil
- • Rice paper wrappers
- • Neutral oil, for frying (avocado, canola, or vegetable)
- • Crunchy veggies (cucumber, carrot, radish, or whatever’s crisp)
- • Scallions, thinly sliced
- • Sesame seeds
- • Kewpie USA mayo, for drizzling
- • Optional: soy sauce, chili crisp, or sesame oil for extra oomph
Directions
- Pour about ½ inch of oil into a skillet and heat over medium-high until shimmering.
- Drop one rice paper wrapper into the hot oil. It’ll puff up instantly — like magic. Flip once, then remove after a few seconds and drain on a paper towel. Repeat.
- Top each crispy rice paper with a generous scoop of tuna (don’t skimp on the olive oil).
- Sprinkle on chopped veggies, scallions, and sesame seeds.
- Drizzle liberally with Kewpie mayo. Add any optional extras if you’re feeling fancy.
