No seriously. I am a chef for a living. I've been cooking for over 10 years. This might be one of the top salmon I had in my entire life. Maybe I am just getting lucky with the cans I have had, but oh man. This is just so delicious. I just dump the entire can over a bed of arugula and it is flavor town. Made me buy some Fly By Jing Chili Crisp on it's own as well, highly suggest you give that a try as well if you like this. Overall, this is expensive, but honestly I am always going to have some of this on hand. It is that good. Long live Fishwife.
