      The sardines taste high quality, fresh, not overly fishy tasting. The hot pepper is subtle (I personally would enjoy it a little spicier) Been having this on toast with greek yogurt, a squeeze of lemon, Calabrian chili oil for extra heat, and parsley/cilantro from the garden. Its amazing
