Ingredients
- • 1 pack of nori (seaweed sheets)
- • 1 cup of seasoned rice, cooked
- • 1 can of Fishwife Smoked Salmon with Sichuan Chili Crisp
- • Red cabbage, chopped
- • Cilantro
- • Avocado, sliced and rolled in black and white sesame seeds
- • Carrots and cucumbers, julienned
Directions
- Wash and cut the veggies. Take a nori sheet and cut in half horizontally. Add rice to one side of the sheet.
- Add the vegetables on top and align them in a diagonal line from the top left corner to the bottom center corner. Open the tin smoked salmon and place 1-2 pieces on top. Top with cilantro and a drizzle of the reserved chili crisp oil.
- To fold: take the bottom left corner and fold it over the fish + veggies, continue to roll until it is fully sealed. You can take a piece of rice and use to seal the open fold.
