Fishwife Smoked Salmon with Sichuan Chili Crisp
- • 1 can of Smoked Salmon with Sichuan Chili Crisp
- • 1/2 cup whipped cream cheese
- • 1/4 cup sour cream
- • 1/2 teaspoon horseradish
- • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- • 1 larger green onion, white and green parts
- • minced 1 tablespoon capers
- • roughly chopped sea salt, pepper, and everything
- • seasoning
- Flake the salmon with a fork until it forms small pieces.
- Add the whipped cream cheese, sour cream, horseradish, lemon juice and zest, dill, green onion, capers, sea salt and pepper and top with everything bagel seasoning.
- Serve with bagel chips, carrots, pickled sumac onions, radish, cucumber, endive, tomatoes, jammy eggs - everything you’d eat with a smoked salmon bagel!
