Spicy Smoked Salmon Dip
1 can of Smoked Salmon with Sichuan Chili Crisp
1/2 cup whipped cream cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon horseradish
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
1 larger green onion, white and green parts
minced 1 tablespoon capers
roughly chopped sea salt, pepper, and everything seasoning
Flake the salmon with a fork until it forms small pieces. Add the whipped cream cheese, sour cream, horseradish, lemon juice and zest, dill, green onion, capers, sea salt and pepper and top with everything bagel seasoning.
Serve with bagel chips, carrots, pickled sumac onions, radish, cucumber, endive, tomatoes, jammy eggs - everything you’d eat with a smoked salmon bagel!
