Smoked Salmon with Sweet and Spicy Zhong
- • 1 udon block
- • fermented kimchi
- • chopped cilantro
- • sliced scallions
- • 2 cloves of garlic
- • a heaping spoonful of butter
- • reserved sweet and spicy Zhong sauce from tin
- • 1 tin of Fishwife Smoked Salmon with Sweet and Spicy Zhong
- • a drizzle of dark soy
- • a pinch of sugar
- • sesame seeds
- Boil udon noodles as stated on package instructions.
- In the meantime, sauté chopped garlic in a heaping spoonful of butter. Add reserved tin oil, a drizzle of dark soy, and a pinch of sugar.
- Toss the noddles in the sauce until noodles are perfectly coated.
- Transfer to a bowl and top with Fishwife Smoked Salmon with Sweet and Spicy Zhong, sesame seeds, kimchi, scallions, and cilantro.
