Smoked Salmon Mac & Cheese

Smoked Salmon Mac & Cheese


2 tablespoons olive oil, plus more for drizzling

¼ cup Panko bread crumbs

Kosher salt to taste

Freshly ground black pepper to taste

1 package Goodles Twist My Parm

½ bunch kale, chopped

2 tins Fishwife smoked salmon, flaked

Freshly grated Parmesan, for garnish


In a medium skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add breadcrumbs and toss to coat in oil. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown and toasted, 4 minutes. Transfer to a small bowl.

Cook Goodles according to package directions. Once noodles are creamy and cheesy, and kale and salmon, tossing to combine. Serve in bowls with grated Parm, toasted breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and a drizzle olive oil.
