- • 1 tin Fishwife Smoked Rainbow Trout
- • ½ cup labne
- • 1 clove garlic, microplaned
- • 2 tbsp pickled red onion, chopped
- • 2 tbsp dill, finely chopped
- • 2 tsp capers, roughly chopped
- • Pinch smoked chili flakes, or regular red pepper flakes
- • Extra virgin olive oil and dill to serve
- • Seasonal vegetables such as radishes, turnips, and radicchio
- *This recipe can be easily scaled up or down depending on how many people you’re serving. Double the recipe if feeding a group.
- Combine the trout, labne, garlic, pickled onion, dill, capers, and smoked chili flakes. Mix well. Taste for seasoning and adjust if needed. Serve with more fresh dill, chili flakes, and a drizzle of olive oil. Enjoy with an assortment of seasonal vegetables.
