Rainbow Trout Jerky Gem Rainbow Bowl
Ingredients:
- 1 tin of Rainbow Trout Jerky Gems
- Roasted mushrooms, sweet potatoes, cauliflower
- Avocado
- Pickled Red Onions
- Rice of your choosing!
Recipe:
(1) Make rice!
(2) Top with Gems, mushrooms, sweet potatoes, cauli, avo, red onions
(3) Top with the leftover liquid gold brine in the tin + a squeeze of fresh lemon
(4) Season with sea salt + cracked black pepper
(5) Enjoy!!
