Savor a unique Pesto Pizza topped with Fishwife Anchovies, mozzarella, shallots, lemon slices, fresh dill, and rosemary. A flavorful, zesty pizza with a crispy golden crust, perfect for a gourmet twist on pizza night!
Fishwife Anchovies
- • 350g pizza dough
- • 1 tin of Fishwife Anchovies
- • 2 tablespoons Churn Pesto butter
- • 4 oz low moisture mozzarella cheese grated
- • 2 tablespoons shallot, chopped
- • 1 lemon sliced
- • dill
- • rosemary
- Preheat the oven to 400℉.
- Bring the dough to room temperature. On a floured surface start stretching and shaping the dough. Start with dimpling the dough followed by a series of stretches to get the dough to a 12" circle.
- Spread softened pesto butter on dough. Bake 10 minutes.
- Top with grated mozzarella cheese, shallot, anchovies and lemon slices.
- Place in the oven for 5-10 minutes until dough is golden brown and cheese is melty.
- Top the pizza with fresh dill and rosemary. When ready to eat squeeze the lemon over the slice. Enjoy!
