Pesto Pizza with Lemon, Anchovies, and Dill
Ingredients:
350g pizza dough
1 tin of Fishwife Anchovies
2 tablespoons Churn Pesto butter
4 oz low moisture mozzarella cheese grated
2 tablespoons shallot, chopped
1 lemon sliced
dill
rosemary
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 400℉.
- Bring the dough to room temperature. On a floured surface start stretching and shaping the dough. Start with dimpling the dough followed by a series of stretches to get the dough to a 12" circle.
- Spread softened pesto butter on dough. Bake 10 minutes.
- Top with grated mozzarella cheese, shallot, anchovies and lemon slices.
- Place in the oven for 5-10 minutes until dough is golden brown and cheese is melty.
- Top the pizza with fresh dill and rosemary. When ready to eat squeeze the lemon over the slice. Enjoy!
