Ingredients
- • 1 tin of Fishwife anchovies
- • 1 shallot
- • 2 tbsp Algae cooking oil
- • 4oz shiitake mushrooms
- • 1 cup heavy cream
- • ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan
- • ½ tsp salt
- • ¼ tsp black pepper
- • 1 box of pasta
- • Drizzle of shitake mushroom finishing oil
Directions
- Cook pasta per package directions.
- Sauté shallot and anchovies in Algae cooking oil. Once softened, add mushrooms and cook through.
- Add in heavy cream, Parmesan, salt, pepper, mix well and cook down for 5-10 minutes.
- Fold in pasta, a couple splashes of reserved cooking water, and enjoy!
