  • 2 oz Ghia aperitif
  • 2 oz umeboshi soda
  • For garnish: Fishwife Cantabrian Anchovies
  • Umeboshi
  • Equipment Highball glass Toothpick

Directions

  1. Pour Ghia aperitif and umeboshi soda into a tall glass on the rocks.
  2. Skewer Fishwife Cantabrian Anchovies and umeboshi and add as garnish.
