Ingredients

  • 2 oz gin
  • ½ oz vermouth
  • ½ oz olive brine
  • Fishwife Cantabrian Anchovies Olives

Directions

  1. Combine gin, vermouth, and olive brine in a mixing glass. Stir vigorously until chilled.
  2. Strain the drink into a martini glass.
  3. Drizzle a few drops of olive oil from Fishwife
  4. Cantabrian Anchovies on top.
  5. Skewer olives and Fishwife Cantabrian Anchovies and add as garnish.
