Crispy Gem Bites

Ingredients:

- 1 tin of Rainbow Trout Jerky Gems

- Pickled Red Onions

- Fresh

- Cream cheese

- Good olive oil

- Crackers of your choosing!

Recipe:

(1) Top crackers with a schmear of cream cheese, a Rainbow Trout Jerky Gem, a sprig of dill

 

(2) Season with sea salt, cracked black pepper, and a drizzle of good olive oil
