Albacore Tuna in Olive Oil (3-Pack)
Ingredients
- • 3 tins of Fishwife Tuna, drained of oil
- • 1/3 cup celery, thinly chopped
- • 1/3 cup cashews, chopped
- • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro or parsley, minced
- • 1/2 cup mayo
- • 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
- • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, plus more for garnish
- • salt and pepper, to taste
- • gem lettuce, cucumbers & carrots, for serving
- • fresh lime quarters, for serving
- • Honey Miso Soy Sauce: 1/4 cup soy sauce or tamari, 2 tablespoons white miso paste, 1 tablespoon honey
Directions
- In a medium sized bowl, combine all the ingredients for the tuna salad. Mix well with a fork or spoon to combine.
- In a small bowl combine all the ingredients for the sauce. Whisk until combined and smooth.
- Plate and serve as desired with lettuce for wrapping and cucumbers and/or carrots for scooping. Enjoy the tuna salad dipped in the sauce and with a squeeze of lime.
