7-Minute Tuna Rice Bowl
Ingredients
microwave rice1 egg
scallions
cilantro
kewpie mayo
sesame seeds
lime
1 tin of Fishwife Albacore Tuna in Spicy Olive Oil
Directions
Microwave the rice as instructed on the back of the package.
Meanwhile, carefully add your egg to small pot of boiling water. Set a timer for 7 minutes (longer for a more cooked through egg). When cooking time is complete, remove egg from pot and place in a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking. Peel and cut in half.
Prepare your bowl by placing the rice on the bottom, topping with the tin of tuna that has been flaked and mixed with a few big squeezes of kewpie. Top with egg, sesame seeds, chopped scallions, chopped cilantro, and a squeeze of lime.
