Crafted from pro-grade Stainless Steel in Tsubame-Sanjo, Japan, these elegant tongs combine the long tapered profile of Japanese cooking chopsticks with the precision of plating tweezers, making them the perfect utensil to lovingly lift a sardine from a tin of fish and place it atop a fresh baguette.
We partnered with San Francisco-based design firm, Gestura, to bring these perfectly crafted Tinned Fish Tongs to our customers. Gestura was founded by former professional cook and designer, Gabe Rudolph. Gabe partners with artisan manufacturers in Japan to craft designs that pair elegance with functionality to create kitchen tools for the modern home chef.

Tinned Fish Tongs
Love the fish tongs. Kind of like chopsticks with a fulcrum. Very grippy and able to pick up the tiniest parcel of fish or other food. Excellent construction.
