so good - convenience is unbeatable
due to health issues I have to eat a "high protein snack" twice a day. these are perfect. delicious, easy to carry, don't need refrigeration, never go bac, they never leak in my purse and are ready right when I need them. I suppose you could heat it up but I never tried that. they are wonderful right out of the tin.

Good Stuff!
Crackers, thinly sliced onions, horseradish mustard, Smoked Rainbow Trout...YAY!! That's how my husband like his! And I like mine with a litte soft bread or maybe some Ritz crackers and the trout... It is very tender, delicate like, and delicious...
I want to try something else but I'm not sure what is next for us!
