Love this salmon with the Sechuan Chili Crisp!!

Just love the flavor, this is a favorite lunch for me. One can and a few crackers are perfect!

The fish has a beautiful color and nice texture; the garlic olive oil is super useful to pour over hot pasta with butter and chopped parsley. We will be eating this on repeat this summer. A tasty way to get a quick and yummy meal together without heating up the kitchen. Just add salad!

This is great for those who are trying tinned fish for the first time. My mother & I each got a tin for ourselves to try, and we learned that we both LOVE the smoked trout/mackerel!
