I love this box because it challenges my usual boundaries and gave me the initiative to work with fish recipes I never would have thought I’d like. I just made the sardine pasta with lemon zest and pine nuts it’s Delicious! I normally get sardines boneless and these were super easy to remove bones if that’s a problem. I’m in love with my assortment box. I have several things I’m excited to try.

We ordered the starter pack on the recommendation of my daughter. My wife has never been a fan of tinned fish but we tried the salmon on a picnic last week by the beach. It was fantastic, can’t wait for next week’s adventure to try the mussels!
