I never like sardines until I tried this in Smith's on a wheat cracker. The fresh lemon juices mix with the fish and the cracker.... amazing. I haven't tried the chili flake one , but I will ๐

Pleasantly surprised
As a foodie, Iโm always looking for interesting foods to help my diet to be more creative and interesting. What I found about this particular item is that it reminded me of something that my grandparents used to do when I was a child. It brought back memories of enjoying fresh sardines with something as simple as crackers. What I did not expect was how absolutely and profoundly delicious this was. I was floored not only about the flavor and the texture, but also about the desire of the food to not only take me down memory lane, but to also incorporate something healthy into my diet in such a flavorful way. Many may know that sardines carry different omega, but did you know theyโre also good for your hair, skin and theyโre also good for your heart health so kudos to fish wives for making it a wonderful product that not only took me down memory lane, but also help me to incorporate something fantastic back into my eating repertoire.
