Not only is this salmon Salad ready it is also cracker-ready. The salmon by itself in a salad with a boiled egg and a light vinaigrette is delicious. The salmon with a dollop of mayo or Greek yogurt and fresh dill is delicious on crackers.

I was blow away with the flavor. I brough some with me camping and had bagels and cream cheese with this tin for lunch. I was so impressed I told the wive that we must split a can when I got back. She was equally impressed.
