I so enjoy these sardines. I use the sardines and the packed oil with the long lemon strips in a spinach based salad, , the fish itself is boneless, balanced and delightful also medium boiled egg and green beans, lemon juice salt and pepper

We had a mixed review in our household over whether the preserved lemons were too strong or not strong enough. Right in the middle seems good to me but maybe there is a way to make everyone happy. Good luck!
