Smoked Salmon & Labneh Matzo Tartine
Pull out your bread of affliction because Passover is upon us! This simple lunch comes together in under five minutes and is versatile as heck — swap any soft herb for dill, add pea shoots, use smoked tuna instead of salmon!
Ingredients
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1/2 cup labneh
2 sheets matzo
1 tin Fishwife smoked salmon
3-4 sprigs dill
1/2 lemon, thinly sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine horseradish and labneh, and stir thoroughly. Spread labneh on each piece of matzo, and top with flaked salmon, sprigs of dill, and lemon slices.
