Not sure what zhong is, but mighty tasty
Not sure what zhong is, but mighty tasty. Strong umami but the smoke and salmon also comes through.

Best salmon yet!
Absolutely delicious! Has all the flavors I love from the salmon with sichuan chili crisp but with added depth, more heat, and an extra smoky kick! I’m begging them to add it to amazon so I can use subscribe and save without paying for shipping
