Smoked Trout with Furikake and Pickled Mustard Seeds

Ingredients: 
thick-cut, ruffled potato chips 
crème fraîche
1 can of Fishwife's Smoked Rainbow Trout 
pickled mustard seeds
furikake
dill

  

Directions: 
Top each potato chip with crème fraîche, a small piece of smoked trout, a spoonful of pickled mustard seeds, a sprinkle of furikake, and a pinch of fresh dill
