    Sardines with Preserved Lemon

    This is my all time favorite sardine tin to use with pasta. The addition of a mixed greens salad and fresh fruit for dessert. I couldn't ask for a better dinner.

    I think sardines just freak me out, its me not you

    I am giving these 4 stars because I really think there is a mental block which is entirely on me in eating sardines. Seeing the little spines freaks me out and the general look/smell/taste is un-appealing to me. I did eat them and when combined with a cracker and other elements I was able to get past my issues for the time being but I would not re-purchase. Again, I think this hangup is entirely on me and nothing to speak to the product itself. If you are a sardines person this will for sure be your vibe, the preserved lemon was lovely!

    Not nearly as delicious as the mackerel or trout

    The fish tastes clean and good quality, but it's just not as good as other fishwife products, especially at the price.
