The certain themselves are a very nice size and texture. They have a nice chew. The pepper sauce is just right. There’s a little bit of heat, but not overwhelming. I have really enjoyed, stirring and a little bit of salsa. These will be a go to item for me.

Bought these to try a three day sardine fast. Didn’t think I could do it but this flavor has me coming back for more. Enjoy the ease of opening up a tin for lunch. Feel good all day. Actually now looking forward to this.
