A tasty treat to put on my bagel.

Great on spinach

The smoked trout was my favorite. I liked mostly all the smoked fish. Was a little hesitant with the hot (chile) ones. Personally I have difficulty with overly spicy foods. Good news: your fish with chile did not bother me. The albacore or tuna was a little too similar to what I can normally buy and did not leave an impression. I do appreciate the diversity of tinned fish you offer.

I enjoyed this version better than the round can version.

I serve it with a butterhead lettuce salad with white vinegar and olive oil honey and garlic… so good! Will add to our rotation of family recipes….thank you!
