I grew up eating tinned fish; its part of our culture. A friend posted about Fishwives Smoked Trout which is one of my all time favorites so I had to try it. I found it right away and had it in the house within a few days. OMG, was I blown away by how delicious it was, how full of incredible flavor and it was the best smoked trout I had even had purchased tinned. I had to go on line right away and order the Starter Pack and try others. I have been so satisfied with each of the packages, so much so that I even bought my mother the same for Mother's Day! Fishwives now has two new hooked fans!
