The Fishwife Smoky Trio includes one tin each of smoked rainbow trout from Idaho, smoked albacore tuna from off the Pacific coast, and smoked Atlantic salmon from Norway.
Each tin is brined, smoked in small batches over hardwood, and hand-packed by family-owned canneries in Washington State and British Columbia.
Smoked Rainbow Trout: Rainbow Trout (Fish), extra virgin olive oil, golden yellow sugar, sea salt, garlic powder, hardwood smoke. Net Weight: 2.8 oz/tin.
Smoked Salmon: Atlantic salmon (fish), dark brown sugar, salt, garlic salt. Net Weight: 3.5 oz/tin.
Smoked Albacore Tuna: Albacore Tuna (Fish), golden yellow sugar, sea salt, garlic powder, curry powder, black pepper. Net Weight: 3.5 oz.
