
Lemon and Caper Smoked Salmon Dip
Ingredients:
1 tinned of smoked salmon
fresh parsley, dill and green onion — chopped
1 small lemon — juice and zest
1 tablespoon capers chopped
1 teaspoon horseradish
1/2 cup crème fraiche
1/2 cup greek yogurt
salt and pepper
Preparation:
Mix it all together and refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy with crunchy kettle chips!
